How 99x Europe handles your data

Last updated: 2 October 2026. This page explains what happens with the information you share through the contact form, the booking calendar and the chat on this site, and which cookies and measurement we use.

1. Who we are

2. What we collect and why

Contact form: your name, work email, the options you select (what you need, team size, timing), an optional message, and technical context (page URL, referrer, campaign parameters such as UTM or Google click id, IP address, browser). We use this to answer your request and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (UK GDPR / GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
Booking a call: if you book a slot, we pass your name, email and the chosen time to Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.), which sends the invitation. Legal basis: art. 6(1)(b).
Chat assistant: your chat messages are sent to the AI provider DeepSeek to generate replies (processed outside the UK and EU) and kept as a transcript on our server. Please do not share confidential information in the chat. Legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) and (f).
Cookieless measurement: without cookies and without accessing storage on your device, our own server records which page was opened and which steps followed (for example form steps or a click on "Book a call"): the event name, page path, campaign parameters, referring domain, device type and a random id per page view. IP addresses are not stored. We use this to measure our advertising. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)); you can object at any time by email.
Analytics and advertising cookies: only with your consent (see section 5). Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).

3. Where your data goes

The site and our server run on DigitalOcean in London, United Kingdom. Form submissions and bookings are stored there and emailed to our sales team via Resend, Inc. (USA). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which passes your IP address to Google. Resend, Google, Microsoft and DeepSeek may process data outside the UK and EU, where required under Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and UK Extension. We do not sell your data.

4. How long we keep it

Enquiries and chat transcripts are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we enter into a contract. Cookieless measurement data contains no personal details and is deleted after at most 24 months. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

5. Cookies

Essential cookies and browser storage are used to remember your cookie choice, your colour theme (light or dark) and, during your visit, the campaign you arrived from. With your consent we load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd.) to measure the page and our campaigns. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.

6. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@99x.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) or your local supervisory authority.
