How 99x Europe handles your data
Last updated: [DATE]. This page explains what happens with the information you share through the contact form on this site and which cookies we use.
1. Who we are
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS, LISBON, PORTUGAL], company registration [NUMBER], VAT [PT NUMBER] ("99x Europe", "we"). Contact for privacy matters: privacy@99x.io.
2. What we collect and why
- Contact form: your name, work email, the options you select (what you need, team size, timing), an optional message, and technical context (page URL, referrer, campaign parameters such as UTM or Google click id, IP address, browser). We use this to answer your request and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)).
- Booking a call: if you book a slot, the booking tool ([Calendly / HubSpot Meetings]) processes your name and email under its own privacy policy.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: only with your consent (see section 5). Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a)).
3. Where your data goes
Form submissions are stored on our server in the EU and emailed to our sales team via [Resend, Inc. / email provider]. Our booking tool, tag manager and analytics providers may process data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer if we enter into a contract. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
5. Cookies
Essential cookies and browser storage are used to remember your cookie choice and, during your visit, the campaign you arrived from. With your consent we load Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight tags to measure the page and our campaigns. You can change your choice at any time through "Cookie settings" in the footer.
6. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@99x.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) or your local supervisory authority.
